  They hide their upcharges. Ordered a sub with guacamole and when they rang it up I owed $1.50 more. I asked why it was so much and I was told they upcharge for the guacamole. There was no sign informing me of this nor did the counterperson tell me beforehand. Then after the sale she tried to keep my receipt. $1.50 for guacamole is robbery in my opinion.

  Watched the woman making my sandwich scratch her bare arm with the knife she was using to cut the bread, meat and cheeses. She then set it back down on the bar they use to prepare the food. DISGUSTED!!!!! Asked her if she was going to wash that knife, she disappeared in the back for a few seconds and came out with knives dripping with water. Fairly sure she just rinsed it with water. Will never eat here again and am calling the owner to complain.
